What we collect.

This website is operated by Edil Vallescas in the Philippines under the Vanale Apps Studio name. The project form asks for your name, email address, project details, and a service category. You may also provide a business name, website, features, timeline, budget idea, AI interest, and other contact details. Please do not include passwords or sensitive account information.

To protect the form from abuse, our server also sees your IP address and basic request information. The theme choice is stored in your own browser. This website does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it.

We use your inquiry to understand the request, email you a receipt, contact you using the details you provide, discuss scope, and prepare a proposal if you want one. We do not use inquiry details for an unrelated mailing list or sell them.

Who receives it.

The form saves your inquiry in a private store before confirming receipt. An email delivery provider sends a copy to the studio owner’s inbox and a short receipt with your inquiry reference to your email address. If you provide WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord details, they may be used in that service to contact you. These services process messages under their own terms and privacy notices.

Access to stored inquiries is limited to people handling studio inquiries. We use private server storage and restrict access to the inquiry records and mail credentials.

How long we keep it.

We review each inquiry within 12 months of receiving it. Edil Vallescas decides whether it is still needed to respond, discuss or carry out a project, handle a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Records kept for one of these reasons receive another review date. We delete records when they are no longer needed. Related inbox messages and backup copies require separate handling and may remain until removed or until the backup expires.

How we measure interest.

Our own website records page views, Website and Mobile App tab choices, and clicks to sample previews or studio product links. Each event includes the page, time, event type, and an anonymous session marker stored in your browser tab. This helps us estimate visits and see which pages and examples are useful. It does not identify you, follow you across other websites, or include anything typed into the inquiry form. The analytics records do not store your name, email, or raw IP address. Event records are removed after 90 days. Browser settings or extensions can prevent this activity from being recorded.

Questions or requests.

You can ask what inquiry details we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further inquiry contact by emailing vanale2601@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
